You might find us chasing waterfalls, hunting mushrooms or taking in an art show at a local gallery. But wherever you find us, we'll be together. Read more on our blog about our adventures in this magical place called the New River Gorge.
We've taken some epic road trips. We drove halfway across the country on old Route 66, made our way up the California coast on the PCH and traversed mountain passes through 20' high snow drifts in Colorado. We've loved every journey and memory we created, but we’ve never felt more at home than we do in Fayetteville, in the heart of the New River Gorge.
When we created Lafayette Flats, our goal was to share this feeling with guests and make them say “I want to live here.” Whether it is the artsy vibe of Nuttall, the coziness of Corten, the tranquility of Eddy or the luxury of Quinnimont, we’ve made sure that each flat has everything that we look for when we travel so you will feel at home.
"The decor and furnishings were both very comfortable and delightfully charming, including West Virginia artwork throughout. Everywhere we looked we found something whimsical, funny, beautiful or thought-provoking. Everything was sparkling clean and like new, not a speck of dust. The location in downtown Fayetteville was great! We left the cars in the parking lot and walked everywhere."
"Without a doubt, our stay at Lafayette Flats was exactly what we needed during our trip to the New River Gorge. We are newlywed climbers, and decided to spend two nights in Eddy. Boy were we excited to get back to the warm, beautiful flat, with a huge walk-in shower, fluffy towels, and all the comforts of home (well, the home we WISH we lived in)."
